My confident and bright demeanor gives me the edge needed in building strong client and internal relationships to accomplish tasks. In previous positions, my favorite part of the job was working with people from all walks of life and skill sets, including designers, marketers, executive team members, and vendors. During my role as an IT project manager I had the pleasure of creating lasting alliances with large companies such as RIM (Blackberry), Apple, and Nokia. Using diplomacy and intuition I was able to anticipate project needs and eliminate issues before they became problems.
I've acted as a Scrum Master which involved holding daily scrum meetings, following up on scrum iterations, conducting retroactives and providing visibility into multiple projects for all involved including stakeholders. At sometimes conducting multiple scrums in a day due to my balancing multiple projects at a time. Which is a testament to my impeccable attention to detail and planning.
